Terms of use

Effective date: October 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of Indggo Relay, including the Indggo Relay app for Zoom. Please read them carefully. By using Relay, you agree to them.

1. Agreement to these terms

These terms of use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and 416, Inc., doing business as Indggo (“Indggo,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of the Service described in Section 3.

By creating a Relay account, by authorizing the Indggo Relay app on the Zoom App Marketplace, or by otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” means that organization. If you don’t agree to these Terms, don’t use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. The Service

The “Service” means Indggo Relay (“Relay”), our web application at relay.indggo.net that embeds Zoom Contact Center and Zoom Phone alongside integrations with customer relationship management and practice management systems. The Service includes the Indggo Relay app on the Zoom App Marketplace, which Relay uses to authenticate you with Zoom, and our related websites, documentation, and support.

We may change or improve the Service over time. If a change materially reduces the Service’s core functionality, we’ll give you reasonable notice where we can.

4. Your accounts

To use the Service, you need a Relay account and a Zoom account with the Zoom products you use in Relay, such as Zoom Contact Center or Zoom Phone. Zoom is a separate company. Your use of Zoom, including the Zoom clients embedded in Relay, is governed by Zoom’s own terms, and you obtain any Zoom licenses from Zoom or its resellers. Indggo isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Zoom.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your Relay account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Connected services

The Service works with third-party services that you or your organization connect, such as Zoom, Filevine, Salesforce, and ServiceTitan (“Connected Services”). When you connect one, you authorize us to access, retrieve, and update data in it on your behalf as needed to provide the Service, for example to look up a caller and to log a call you confirm.

Connected Services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for them. An integration may stop working if a provider changes or discontinues its service or its access for us.

6. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes while these Terms are in effect.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation, or to violate the rights of others.
  • Make, record, or transcribe calls without the notices and consents the law requires. Some U.S. states require the consent of every party to a conversation.
  • Access or use data in a Connected Service that you aren’t authorized to access or use.
  • Copy, modify, sell, resell, or sublicense the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except to the extent the law expressly permits.
  • Probe, scan, or test the Service’s security, or bypass any security or access control, except as part of a responsible disclosure to us.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, or interfere with the Service’s operation.

8. Your data

“Your Data” means information you or your organization submit to the Service, or that the Service retrieves from Connected Services for you, including CRM records and call details. You keep ownership of Your Data. You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit Your Data only as needed to provide the Service and as described in our privacy policy.

You’re responsible for Your Data, and you confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and any consents needed for us to process it.

9. Professional and regulated uses

The Service is a technical tool. It isn’t legal, medical, or compliance advice. You’re responsible for making sure your use of the Service complies with the laws and professional rules that apply to you, including any duty to keep client information confidential.

Unless we’ve signed a business associate agreement with you, don’t use the Service to create, receive, maintain, or transmit protected health information as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

10. Fees

The Indggo Relay app for Zoom is free. Adding it doesn’t give you access to Relay or a right to use any of Relay’s features.

11. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Indggo and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license in Section 6, these Terms don’t grant you any rights in the Service or in our names, logos, or trademarks.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

12. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with the Service.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. To end Relay’s authorization to your Zoom account, remove the Indggo Relay app; see how to remove it.

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if your use creates a security or legal risk for us or others. Where reasonable, we’ll give you notice first.

Sections 8, 11, and 14 through 19 survive the end of these Terms.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law permits, Indggo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service or any Connected Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that data retrieved from or written to a Connected Service will be complete or accurate.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, Indggo won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, even if we were advised of the possibility of those damages.

To the fullest extent the law permits, Indggo’s total liability arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms won’t exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 100 U.S. dollars.

16. Indemnification

You’ll defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Indggo and its officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claim, and the resulting losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from Your Data or from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or the law.

17. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Berrien County, Michigan, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we’ll notify you before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

19. General

These Terms, together with our privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms isn’t a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
